Buying in Israel from abroad
Can I buy without coming to Israel?
Yes. Many of our clients buy remotely. You see the property on a live video tour, receive the full property check, and sign through a power of attorney and digital signing. Your Israeli lawyer handles registration.
Who do you represent?
Only you, the buyer. We don’t market projects for developers and we don’t take a fee from the seller, so our advice isn’t tied to any property.
Can a foreign resident get a mortgage in Israel?
Yes, Israeli banks lend to foreign residents, usually with a larger down payment than Israeli residents need. Finance Fit helps you prepare the documents and compare offers.
What about purchase tax?
Purchase tax (Mas Rechisha) depends on your status. Foreign residents are usually taxed at the rates for an additional property, and new immigrants may be entitled to reduced rates. Your lawyer confirms the exact figure before you sign.
Why only six cities?
Because tailoring needs depth. We prefer to know six cities in detail rather than the whole country on the surface.
